Split System Service – Scope of Work
Our standard split system service includes:
- Remove and clean return air filters
- Inspect drive belts and pulleys (where applicable)
- Remove and clean condenser water strainers (where applicable)
- Ensure all machinery is clean and free of debris
- Visual inspection of electrical and mechanical switch gear
- Inspect the general condition of all running components
- Flush condensate tray and drain pipes
- Ensure smooth operation of condenser and evaporator fans
- Tension and inspect all electrical connections and switch gear components
- Inspect operation of thermostats, check set points, and calibrate sensors
- Check compressor and fan motor current draws
- Check refrigeration gas charge
- Report on any works that require attention outside this maintenance scope
Exclusions:
- Replacement of filter media
- Leak testing (if unit is low on refrigeration gas, a quote will be provided)
- Replacement of remote controllers or batteries
- Chemical pressure cleaning of evaporator or condenser coils
Ducted System Service – Scope of Work
Our standard ducted system service includes:
- Remove and clean return air filters
- Inspect zone control system operation, including zone motors
- Ensure all machinery is clean and free of debris
- Visual inspection of electrical and mechanical switch gear
- Inspect the general condition of all running components
- Flush condensate tray and drain pipes
- Ensure smooth operation of condenser and evaporator fans
- Tension and inspect all electrical connections and switch gear components
- Inspect operation of thermostats, check set points, and calibrate sensors
- Check compressor and fan motor current draws
- Check refrigeration gas charge
- Report on any works that require attention outside this maintenance scope
