Project Name: Gladstone Coolroom Upgrade
Scope of Work: Modify and upgrade existing bottle shop cool room
Decommission and remove all existing refrigeration machinery, to be reused.
Remove old glass door insert and old water logged cool room panel walls, Support hanging roof.
Cut concrete floor to new desired cool room size. Install new cool room walls against existing concrete slab and tie into existing ceiling panels. Install new 6 Glass door cool room insert and one new personal door entry. Re-install original refrigeration machinery and install new shelving to glass door insert.
Connect all lighting and door frame heaters. Test run and commission.
Transport, refrigeration works, cool room building works, installation and commissioning of inserts and electrical carried out in house by Buderim Air
