Refrigeration Service – Scope of Work

Our standard refrigeration service includes:

• Inspect operation of controllers, set points, parameters and calibrate sensors.
• Inspect air on and air off temperatures
• Inspect door gasket for correct seal.
• Inspect lighting
• Inspect all electrical and mechanical switch gear.
• Inspect operation of condenser and evaporator fans.
• Clean and flush out condensers.
• Flush condensate tray and drain pipes.
• Inspect operation of all safety controls and interlocks.
• Check compressor and fan motor current draws.
• Check refrigerant operating pressures and sight glass level.
• Inspect operation of pump down cycle and ensure solenoid valve functioning correctly.
• Tension all electrical connections
• Inspect general condition of all components.
• Report on any works that require attention outside the maintenance scope of works.

Exclusions:

• Repair / replace door gasket
• Leak test * if unit is running low on refrigeration gas- quote to leak test
• Chemical pressure clean of evaporators or condenser coils.
